Overview
Lead Router integration can be enabled and disabled on an agent and office/company level.
Keywords & Lead Router
Company Keywords
Leads are assigned to the agent associated with the nearest property to the consumer. In the event location is not shared, Leads are assigned to the agent associated with the property that is “clicked” from the inventory page. Upon the lead being associated with an agent, Dotsignal will send a text lead notification to the agent. In addition, Dotsignal will deliver the lead to the Lead Router API, associated with the AgentID (Direct to Agent). If no click event happens after 3 minutes, the lead is delivered to the Lead Router API without an AgentID and Lead Router will route according to their rules. It is our understanding that Lead Router, upon receiving the lead record, will as a standard practice, call and notify the agent of the lead.
Dotsignal will make frequent calls to the Lead Router API to determine the new agent association for those leads passed to Lead Router without an agent association. Upon receiving an association from Lead Router, Dotsignal will send out the text lead alert to the appropriate agent. In addition, any leads that have been reassigned to a new agent from within Lead Router will also be reassigned within the Dotsignal system. Dotsignal will send out lead alert text messages on all reassigned leads, however Dotsignal will not notify the previous agent that the lead has been reassigned. The lead will however be removed from the account and attempts to access the lead details from the Dotsignal mobile back office (linked from the text message lead notifications) will result in a notice to the agent that the lead has been reassigned.
Agent Keywords
All leads are immediately passed to the Lead Router API with the AgentID (Direct to Agent) at the time the lead is created (consumer interacts with keyword). It is our understanding that Lead Router, upon receiving the lead record, will as a standard practice, call and notify the agent of the lead.
Property Codes & Lead Router
Leads generated from Property codes are inherently assigned to an individual agent and are immediately passed to the Lead Router API with the AgentID (Direct to Agent) at the time the lead is created (consumer interacts with Property Code). Dotsignal will send out the text lead alert to the agent associated with the property code. It is our understanding that Lead Router, upon receiving the lead record, will as a standard practice, call and notify the agent of the lead.
