Now it is time to set up your "real time" Dotsignal custom listing presentation demo.

Step one...

Secure photos of the home you are trying to get the listing on.

                       

Step two...

Log into your Dotsignal back office account and Manually load the property details and photos into your Dotsignal Back Office Account.

Step three...

Assign a code to the newly added property.

Step four...

Verify that the demo property you created is ready...

On your mobile phone text the property code to 35620 . You should receive two text messages, the first text will give basic information about the property and the agent's contact information.  The second text will provide a link to view detailed property information and photos.  Be sure to select the link to view the complete demo on your mobile phone.  Remember that you will be asking your seller to demo Dotstingal on their mobile phone so make sure it looks right on your phone first.

 

Step five...

Generate and print a custom seller marketing sheet

 

Step six...

Allow your sellers to demo Dotsignal on their mobile phone by texting the code to 35620.  Explain to them that this is what their buyers will experience.

At the same time the sellers are viewing the property information, you will be receiving the lead. Be sure to share with your sellers how quickly the lead came to your phone and what it looks like on your mobile phone.
