How do agents receive and view their Dotsignal leads?
When a prospect calls or texts-in for property information via the agents's mobile enabled sign or print advertisement Dotsignal captures that prospect's information and instantly delivers a text lead notification to the agents mobile phone as shown in the text message example below.
To gain access to the prospect's mobile phone number you will need to select the link provided in the text message lead notification. When you select the link your Lead Detail Page will appear. The lead detail page will give you detail information about the lead including quick and easy call or text back buttons.
From your Lead Detail Page you can continue to explore your New Mobile Back Office by selecting the menu pull-down bars on the top left corner of the mobile page.
